About The Workshop
If you are experiencing hot flashes, insomnia, vaginal dryness, sex related pain, you are not alone—almost 6000 women are entering menopause daily.
The Meaningful Meaningful workshop is a 5 week program—online learning modules are released once a week to ensure students have the time & space to invest in the life-changing content. Dr. Catherine Hansen has curated a different focus each week to make sure all mid-life bases are covered. Additional resources, such as eBooks and 1:1 focused sessions are available.
