What I did (and still do) to live full of passion & purpose

Before any health program, weight loss plan, fitness regime, dietary modification or sleep hygiene can work, you need this.

It’s the missing piece.

It’s the one thing that kept me frustrated at work, day after day, as I provided guidance to countless women who worked diligently to follow my advice and returned unimproved.

It’s the single most important factor that gave me the vision and the strength to change the course of my life and step away from full-time medicine in 2013 (yes, I’m still seeing patients part-time via telemedicine). It provided clarity into my true purpose, satisfied my deepest yearnings and released my unrealized potentials. It became my foundational support to step into the groundless space between taking the leap and grasping a brighter, purpose-driven future.

It’s the ONLY way I could become a true and equal partner to my husband, meeting him fully so that, together, we are on a path to spread inspiration and empowerment on a global scale.

After our children started sleeping through the night, playing peacefully, washing their own hair and grabbing their own snacks, I started yearning for more. More for me. More for our family. More for the women I had been serving for over 20 years. More for the world.

I didn’t know how to achieve what I desired. Hell, I didn’t even know how to describe it. It felt always just a little bit out of reach and everything I dug into turned up barren.

I was scared, lonely and empty.

If I must be honest, I was angry too. Why wasn’t I fulfilled? Why wasn’t I happy? I had sacrificed for education, given selflessly to my family, served my husband in reaching his dreams but there was little left for me. I had it all, yet, I was unfulfilled. Was I the only one?

I knew I wasn’t because I had a unique perspective & insight as a gynecologist and menopause practitioner into the lives of women who felt (and still feel) as I did. So I decided to share the process I used to reclaim my life and live full of purpose & passion. I am grateful to be able to share this process with you and all women—click here to learn more!
